The firm is pleased to announce that Leonard Krawcheck and Lydia Pruitt Brooks, both formerly of Krawcheck & Davidson, have joined the firm’s Commercial Transactions & Real Estate practice group.  Both bring a wealth of knowledge and resources to Clement Rivers.  Mr. Krawcheck has extensive experience with real estate transactions.  He served as the Chairman of the City of Charleston Board of Zoning Appeals from 1979 to 2021, and his service continued as the Chairman of the Charleston County Bar Association’s Real Estate Section from 1989 to 2018.  Ms. Brooks has spent the past 19 years of her practice focused on residential real estate and community association work. She also served on the Charleston County Board of Assessment Appeals from 2011 to 2017.
