Electronic Submission of Forms

Please find attached a directive recently issued by the SCWCC advising that effective September 1, 2021, Forms 15, 17,19, and 20 must be submitted electronically via email.  The F 18 can be submitted either by EDI or email.  The directive also lists the terms and conditions which must be followed for email submissions and provides other details.  If there are any questions, please contact Sonji Spann, Claims Director at the email address provided.
