W. Siau Barr, Jr. practices primarily in the areas of Commercial Transactions, Business Law, and Real Estate Litigation. While in law school, Siau was a member of the Real Estate Society and the Environmental Law Society. Siau has been handling real estate transactions since he began practicing in Charleston in 2007. He has also handled a variety of cases in South Carolina with an emphasis on Real Estate Law and has assisted clients with Business Acquisitions. Prior to attending law school, Siau worked with Clemson University’s Department of Pesticide Regulation where he enforced Federal and State pesticide laws.
