E. Courtney Gruber is a Partner in Clement Rivers, LLP’s Workers’ Compensation Practice Group. She has specialized in workers compensation for more than 25 years representing both defendants and claimants. Courtney is also a Certified Circuit Court Mediator, concentrating in Workers’ Compensation cases.

She served in the U.S. Marine Corps on active duty from 1986 to 1989 and in the reserves from 1989 to 1999. She resigned her commission in 1999 having achieved the rank of Major.

Courtney is actively involved with wildlife conservation and currently serves on the board of Keeper of the Wild Wildlife Rescue and Sanctuary, Inc.
