Lydia Pruitt Brooks practices primarily with the firm’s Commercial Transactions & Real Estate practice group. She obtained her Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education from the Charleston Southern University and taught middle school before attending law school at the University of South Dakota School of Law. After graduation, she joined the firm of Krawcheck and Davidson, LLC where her practice focused on residential real estate and community association work. Lydia served on the Charleston County Board of Assessment Appeals from 2011 to 2017.

Lydia practiced at Krawcheck & Davidson, LLC for 19 years prior to joining Clement Rivers, LLP.
