Brandt Horton practices primarily with the Trucking and Transportation, Products Liability and Retail/Hospitality Liability Practice Groups. Brandt focuses his practice on the defense of cases involving catastrophic injury and death. He has also developed, and presented on, a successful approach for obtaining a Plaintiff’s social media information and activity through the discovery process.

Brandt has extensive trial experience, including cases involving truck accidents, wrongful death, and Dram Shop liquor liability. He has obtained defense verdicts in both state and federal courts in South Carolina.
