Zachary Kern practices primarily in the firm’s Employment & Labor Law practice group. Prior to joining Clement Rivers, LLP, Zach served as law clerk to the Honorable Daniel D. Hall, 16th Judicial Circuit. In law school, Zach won the CALI Award in Trial Advocacy and was the Vice President of the Student Bar Association. Zach was a semi-finalist in the Judge Terry L. Glenn Mock Trial Competition. He was also a Co-Champion in the University of South Carolina School of Law ABA Client Counseling Competition and a semi-finalist at the regional competition.
