Brian P. McElreath is an associate attorney in the firm's Workers' Compensation practice group and the Longshore and Harbor Workers practice group. Brian received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics in 2003 jointly from North Carolina State University and the University of North Carolina at Asheville, and a Juris Doctor from the Charleston School of Law in May of 2009. During law school, Brian was a member of the Maritime Law Bulletin.
